Every Gym, every Clinic, every rotation through coach, client, and observer — it only works if the person across from you can trust you completely. This is that trust, written down.What Happens Here, Stays HereWhat's said in a session stays in that session. No recordings. No screenshots. No retelling the story at dinner, even with the names changed. If you bring real material to practice, you're trusting your partner with something real — and that trust doesn't leave the room.We Practice, We Don't PerformYou don't need to prepare. You don't need to impress anyone. Come as you are and let the coaching move through you instead of trying to run it. Your partner agreed to the same thing — give them the same grace you're asking for.Rotating Roles, Equal RespectIn the Clinic, you'll move between coach, client, and observer. Every seat matters. Show up as fully for someone else's growth as you want them to show up for yours.Feedback That HelpsFeedback here is clean, direct, and kind — never a performance review. Say what you noticed. Say what landed. Leave judgment at the door.This Isn't a Sales FloorPractice partners aren't prospects. Don't pitch your coaching services, your programs, or your latest venture to the person you're practicing with, unless they ask. If a real client relationship grows out of a genuine connection later, that's between you two — just not inside the session.If a Match Isn't WorkingNot every pairing clicks, and that's fine. If a practice partnership isn't serving you, say so — kindly — and ask us to help you find a better match. No explanation required.A Respectful RoomWe welcome coaches from every background, tradition, and methodology. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespect of any kind isn't practice — it's a reason we'll ask you to leave the community.The Short VersionBy joining a Gym, a Clinic, or a Workshop, you're agreeing to hold up your end of this. That's it — that's the whole agreement. Trust each other, and the practice takes care of the rest.

Here's what you're agreeing to when you join us — and what we do (and don't do) with your information.Part One — Terms1. Who This Is For
[Legal Business Name] (“we,” “us,” “the community”) runs Connect With a Coach, a practice space for recently certified and in-training coaches. You must be 18 or older to join.2. Membership & Payment
The Coaches' Path is $87/month, billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Focused Coach is a one-time payment of $497 and includes six months of Coaches' Path access. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor — we never store your full card details.3. What You're GettingMembership gives you access to Coaching Gyms, Coaches' Clinics, and Growth Workshops, running on a ninety-minute weekly rhythm across time zones spanning the Americas and Western Europe, plus our online community.4. No Guaranteed OutcomesWe help you build hours and deepen your practice. We can't promise a specific credentialing body will accept those hours, or that practice sessions will produce any particular result. Coaching is practice, not a formula.5. ConductEveryone who joins a session agrees to our Shared Agreement — confidentiality, respect, and no pitching services to your practice partners. We can suspend or end a membership for conduct that breaks that trust.6. Content & RecordingsWorkshop materials, curriculum, and anything we create belong to [Legal Business Name]. Don't record, copy, or redistribute session content without our written permission.7. Changes to These TermsWe may update these terms as the community grows. If something meaningful changes, we'll let you know before it takes effect.8. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Part Two — Privacy9. What We Collect
Your name and email, so we can get you into sessions and keep you in the loop.
Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor — we don't see or store it.
Basic session activity (which sessions you attend), so we can pair you well and keep the community running smoothly.10. How We Use It
To run the community: scheduling, pairing you with practice partners, sending reminders and updates. To improve what we offer, using aggregate, non-identifying patterns. That's the whole list. We don't sell your data. We don't rent your data. We don't hand it to advertisers.11. Who We Share It With
Only the tools that keep the platform running — our payment processor, our scheduling and video tools, our email provider — and only what each of them needs to do its job. We require them to protect your information, not sell it.12. Your Choices
Update your information any time from your account. Ask us to delete your data by emailing [Contact Email], and we will, outside of what we're legally required to keep (like payment records).13. Cookies & Analytics
We use standard, boring analytics to understand what's working on the site. Nothing tracks you across the internet building an ad profile.14. If You're Joining From Outside the U.S.
If you're practicing with us from the EU, UK, or elsewhere with its own privacy laws, you have additional rights over your data — access, correction, deletion, and portability. Email [Contact Email] and we'll sort it out personally.15. Children
This community is for coaches 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.16. Questions

Cancel any time.That's the promise on our homepage, and here's exactly what it means.Monthly Membership — The Coaches' PathCancel whenever you want, from your account or by emailing [Contact Email].Your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, we don't cut you off mid-cycle.We don't refund partial months; you keep every session you already paid for, right up to the end.Life gets busy. Training ends, hours get logged, priorities shift. You don't owe us a reason.The Focused Coach (One-Time $497)This is a one-time payment for six months of access, so there's no subscription to cancel, but life still happens, and we've built in some flexibility:Can't use it right now? Ask us to pause your six months and pick back up later — email [Contact Email].Know a coach who could use it more? Your six months can transfer to another coach once, at our discretion — just email us.Because it's a one-time payment, not a recurring charge, it's non-refundable once your membership has started.How to Actually Do ItLog into your account and cancel from your settings, or email [Contact Email] — either way, we'll confirm it's done within [X] business days. No retention calls. No “are you sure” surveys. Just a straight answer.Changed your mind?
